Please find the following quotation for the interior redecoration of your property at the above address as requested.  Ref:  Entrance hall, stairwell and landing area.

SPECIFICATION

Remove all existing wall coverings to hall, stairwell and landing.

Fill cracks and holes with suitable fillers and generally prepare all walls to receive new wall paper.

Redecorate with new supplied wall paper.

Rub down and generally prepare all previously painted woodwork and radiators.

Apply 2 coats of emulsion paint to ceilings.

Apply 2 coats of emulsion to walls.

Apply 1 coat Dulux undercoat and one coat Dulux gloss paint to prepared woodwork.

Prepare and apply 2 coats gloss varnish to all pre varnished staircase.

Prepare all doors to receive 2 coats of Matt varnish.

Dust sheets to be used at all times. Inconvenience kept to a minimum and the site left clean, tidy and as found

Colours to be Dulux Natual Wicker.
